I’m Krista Beavers—business strategist, financial systems expert, and someone who knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to grow a business when the back end isn’t keeping up with the front.
As the Founder & CEO of Guardian Accounting, Inc., I’ve spent years helping small to mid-sized business owners—those in the $50K to $4M range—go from stressed and scattered to clear and confident. My team and I provide tailored bookkeeping, controller, and CFO services, built around the idea that no entrepreneur should have to figure out their numbers in the dark.
But this work goes deeper than spreadsheets and financial statements. What I really do is help people create businesses that work—not just on paper, but in real life. That’s why I also created:

I’ve walked the same road as many of my clients—juggling family life, business demands, and the constant pressure of “Am I doing enough?” So, I lead with empathy as much as expertise. Whether I’m helping a business owner recover from an audit, clean up years of disorganized books, or finally understand their numbers, my goal is always the same: to bring consistency, clarity, and confidence to the parts of business that often feel the most confusing.
Beyond my firm, I’m a fierce advocate for women in business. I serve as Treasurer for the Professional Women’s Network (PWN) of Monterey and the Professional Women’s Resource of Fresno. I’m also a Founding Member of the Founders Club (benefitting Community Health Systems), and I host the annual Women’s Fashion Show benefiting The Light House Women’s Recovery Center.
You’ll also find my voice in Superstar Women Entrepreneurs, Market Marketing, Media & Money Magazine, and on stages where I speak about business finance, leadership, and building with intention. And because I’m a lifelong learner, I host Krista’s Book Krew, a monthly book club where mindset, strategy, and honest conversation all come together.
When I’m not refining financial systems or guiding growth strategies, I’m recharging on my hobby farm—my go-to space for clarity and calm—or planning the next family adventure (because travel keeps me inspired). I’m drawn to bold ideas, real conversations, and helping business owners design businesses that support the life they envision, not just the one they endure.
At my core, I believe that business doesn’t have to feel chaotic. With the right structure, support, and systems, success becomes not only possible—but sustainable.
